The only time in california history where sitting governor has been removed by recall was in two thousand three, when gray davis was recalled and arnored swirtznager was chosen as the governor. If gavin nuso loses and is recalled, it's likely he'll still end up withaout. The most recent pulls show very close on the question of should be recalled. But if he is recalled, then the candidate who gets the most votes on the second question becomes governor. To have somebody with 18 % become governor when there's another candidat o provide forty eight or forty nine percent, makes no sense, and it's unconstitutional.
