The Importance of Diversity of Thought
No's interests had been in the enterprise s off to our world for more than a few years. Every conversation i've had with the sea sweet member in the last, probably 12 months, at this point, they want to talk about time to value. How how do we take a programm that typically three months to deliverand move it down to one month? That takes out of the box thinking. It takes creativity. It takes diversity of thought and how we think about the problem. None of that could have happened if we hadn't continued on this path of building a very diverse work force across everything we do.
