Is There a Stem Cell in the Ovarian Ovar?
Up until the early two thousands, all the work on the ovary was hormo based. A handful of groups around the world claim to have found adult stem cells inside the ovary. This is still a hot topic among scientists working in this field. The only way an ovary could possibly be able to make new eggs would be if it contained a very special kind of cell that can develop into any other type of cell.
