The Importance of Government Driven Savings
There's definitely a spending ethos, but I don't think that's a government thing either. All of my friends who are more entrepreneurial and do the Nomad thing, they're all really savings oriented. If we really wanted to incentivize savings, you could tax consumption more than income being the biggest driver. And then that would, you know, you'd spend less money because things would be more expensive.
