Is This Time Really Different?

Wishal: This time is never really different, because the financial markets are dealing with a rising of businesses and assets. Businesses are run by people, regulated by people. Assets are created by people, and the prizing of those assets are set by people. So what i have learnt is, because of recency byas we learn a lot in short time, quite a bit in medium tum but in long time we don't learn anything.
