Chris Voss: Where did you get your skill set? I'm sure this is, you had to have learned things before and after Harvard. You've had a lot of success with persuasion. You know this inside and out. And so you have some of the best in class that you have learned negotiating from a derivative of negotiating or maybe part of the parent of negotiating is persuasion.
