I think overall this is a very elegantly done study and it's really going to help inform our treatment. I just wanted to mention caution for these patients where they accumulate NIH points because they may not be as disabling as we think. The cost of acute ischemic stroke can be much higher with altiplays versus aspirin plus clopidogrel in all sorts of different settings.
