Healing by His Wounds

Jesus is a healer yes absolutely but he's the kind of doctor who has dealt personally with the same disease you carry and felt its symptoms on his own. Empathy almost always emerges from having some shared experience. Jesus called the Pharisees robbers because they were calling themselves healers but they were doing so while hiding their wounds. The healing that Jesus offers it does not come from status or expertise or being able to rattle off the right prescription it comes through his wounds.
