The Houston Texans are in decent shape with their cap situation. They still have another 12 and 1 half million in cap room to bring in more players. I don't know why they gave eight million of it to Chuck Landale, but that's a better use of space than taking in a back contract for second ground pick. It's a bad look when you have to throw two recent first round picks overboard and pay two seconds and cash to do it just to get five million in cap rooms.
Zach and John Hollinger of The Athletic outline the Damian Lillard trade landscape in Miami and beyond, the James Harden situation, winners and losers in free agency, and much more.
