Illness Script of GPA
GPA is a small vessel vasculitis characterized by the necrotizing inflammation of the small arteries along with the granuloma formation. It can cause diffuse interstitial opacities, secondary to diffuse l-volar hemorrhage and can also cause capillary lung lesions. The second most frequent destruction side in the GPA is the lung parent chimer. In our case, actually, the patient had RBCs in the urine and no manifestations like WBCs or protein.
