The Proposed Path for California High Speed Rail

The proposed path for high speed rail in California had a nice line of wildfires that went in its direct blueprint, fascinating to me. The entire town of paradise and grass valley got burned out. And it's funny, since they scrap the project and they're not going to do the high speed rail thing in California in a year. Nary a wildfire near anywhere where proposed path for it was. There was still a bunch of track left that hadn't been burned out but the project got scraps and now their Yosemite is getting burned out again.
