How to Fuel for a Four Hour Marathon

Ironman triathlete Jan Frodeno famously walked the aid station, still running the 240 marathon off the bike. He would just absolutely know that the last 10 to 20 percent of any prolonged endurance race over two hours or over 90 minutes can really go south if you don't feel properly. Taking 30 seconds extra at an aid station could buy minutes, if not tens, to 20 minutes in types of speeds and races he's doing.
