Gardening can be relaxing and rewarding. You get food out of it, and not. If you're me, i even took a beginning gardening class at my college because it counted asa p e credit. But now every time i buy a plant, i get deep anxiety about its seemingly inevitable death. Every new chapter starts with a new page, ot page. It is the nature of things to die. Your job is to keep them alive as long as possible.
