i think about us as like, our system as like a three legged stool. The legs of the stool are your physical, your mental and youre emotional. Now, i thinkt recently, the fourth one they'll add is like, certainly a spiritual element,. I talk about that in a second, with my psychidalic experience. A but my physical fitness is going up, and my mental health is going down. What's going on here? You know. And so i think that's part of where in the work with between years and now. Also, there are different types of modalities physically that you can create and share with people to get systems aligned.
