The Errorless Approach to Golf Putting
If you've got an athlete who has become incredibly explicit and the head is full of information, they can eventually become implicit. You have to bring in techniques that stop them thinking about what they're doing. The simplest ones are things like secondary task learning - when your athlete is performing a task, they do something else at the same time. It's really hard to get athletes to do this, because doing it for one session is no help. But certainly, yeah, I mean, you can use these different approaches at the errorless approach.
