The Space We're Creating for Our Kids and Teenagers

i'm talking about a reality that is unique to this 20 first century moment. What used to be the quintessentially private space of the home no longer has recognizable, defensible, brick and mortar boundaries. We don't have comprehensive federal privacy laws in place that provide blanket, bedrock protection against bad actors hacking into our data. It also means that unlike for our kids, future decision makers and gate keepers would not have had any conceivable way to see when we were toilet trained or what was mather reading pace.
