Is There a Path in a Data Structure?

The in path is supposed to be a description of where in the data the bad data occurred. It's ambiguous, or at least I should say context dependent on the data structure. So you can't just from like the path itself be able to know how to do it. You have to sort of like introspect the data at every level and then sort of make a guess educated best. That would be huge to give more insight into the bad data.
