Life-Threatening Hepatitis

Life-threatening hemoptasis refers to any bleeding that results in significant airway compromise, abnormality in gas exchange, or hemodynamic instability. Call for help early in a patient presenting with life-threatening Hemoptysis. A CT chest is generally an important investigation to provide anatomic information around the location and cause of bleeding. Treniczemic acid (TXA) can be used as antifibrinic agent by stopping the conversion of plasminogen to plasminomine which leads to lower mortality.
