Hedonic adaptation is what i like to call a sleep walking process. It's something that happens when we are an auto pilot, fundamentally. So if we can wake up to what's act happening right now, in this moment of our life, most of the time, you're basically ok. And even fortunately, for many people who are in far less fortunate circumstances than we are, they're basically ok right now. Or at the very least there are things that they canwake up to that are positive.
