I Don't Think They're Thinking About It.
I do think that there's evidence that they internally in their mind, they do things that they know are not quite the best and least malicious option. I mean, why did the CEO of Pfizer sell 60% of his stock when the vaccine came out? Because he bought the rumor and sold the news as they say in the trading circles. And so I really don't think that they want to increase the amount of paralysis in the world. It's just that these academics are so separated from the practical realities and so caught up in their academic ideas.
