Coaches Need to Develop a Personal Relationship With All the Players

I think a coach needs to give you a sense of clarity and purpose because then it's really easy to follow. The best coaches I've worked under the ones where I felt as if they cared for me are those who have personal relationships with their players. It doesn't mean there's never a sense of friction but those personal relationships keeps everything so well knitted  you get that sense of team cohesion even if you go about it's slightly different for each individual person. If you and Greg are with that in mind got better as they're meeting in the middleYeah I think we're definitely just knowing each other better I think a bit of both last year I didn't have a base season
