Everybody i know starts baking bread. And now what's really interesting is not that many people have kept it upit's not surprising to me. A andthen i came across a book called flower water, salt yeast by kenforkis. It's organized by level of ambition. For some reason, what we all gravitated to the souer overoh, that's like the big prize. What i really love about the booke encourages you to really think about, is the bread that much better if you make it in a more complicated way?And i thought it was really refreshing, and maybe a better way to get people to bake for longer periods.
