I think in the future we need to move away from so much reliance upon concrete and steel we cement counts for seven eight percent of carbon produced you know globally every year. We could go back again to look at lessons from the past why are we not investigating glulam timber and CLT cross laminated timber panels? Another thing i've been thinking about recently is bitcoin mining we view them as the ugly cousin we have nothing to do with them yet they know how to build a data center quickly cheaply and cool it efficiently.
