How to Treat Leventricular Non-Compaction

The main clinical manifestations and complications of leventricular non-compaction are diphtheria, chest pain, population, syncope, or even an abnormal echo. Complications could be heart failure with reduced EF, ventricular tachycardia, VTRVF, atrial fibrillation, or even cerebral vascular accidents including a thromboembolism. Treatment will follow God-undirected medical therapy. If an arrhythmia is suspected, we have a role for halter ECG to detect atrialfibrillation or ventricular arrhythmias. No definitive criteria for anticoagulation has been suggested in patients who meet current recommendations.
