The Rise and Fall of Law Firms
I think a lot of that kind of shifted after 2008, because in that case, like law firms literally went under overnight as well. So there's just, yeah, I think people on both sides have kind of spread the love a little bit more. Most of these deferrals pay a stipend that one was paying $10,000 which is obviously a lot less than you would make as a first year associate. But it's not an insignificant amount of money. And if you're coming from law school, you know, you probably can budget it out to make that work.
