There's elements where they actually overlap quite a lot which is funny so for instance like hosu he has this idea of the council of makers. runes proposal has a concept that's very similar of executive delegates. i do think that maybe there's going to be some sort of compromise where elements of both proposals are incorporated but they're to some degree a bit mutually exclusive totally.
