Data AI - Where Do I Go From Zero?

I think we might see, like when I attended data AI summit, I saw somewhat of a shift coming from that big data error into the sort of thinking about it differently. And versus there are some who came up to me and the folks at DBT would like, we don't even have a data strategy. We're like now thinking about it, where do I go? So it's anywhere between whereDo you optimize for the business? Do you optimize for just like, okay, we'll see where this goes.? If you want to derive actual insights and make it valuable, you'll have to be a bit more mindful of what kind of pattern is being followed. How should engineers communicate
