You Can't Unionize a Nurse
South Dakota and North Dakota are right to work states. It's almost impossible to unionize you can, but it's, it takes a lot of work. When most your staff is already travelers, like I was told by another nurse, like in North Dakota, Sanford, their staff is 80% travelers. Well, how the hell do you even attend to unionize? The goal of hospitals is just to create so much turnover where you're like, yeah. Exactly. And travelers are less likely to speak up because they're just afraid of their contract being canceled.
