ChiliPiper has always been focused further down the funnel on its marketing team. We've never really been in that headspace of we just need to put a format to drive an MQL. So we don't really have to fight against that culture, which is positive for me coming in when that was already done. I'd say it's a nice spot to be in, certainly a marker in where we are now and moving forward. But still quite a lot of them are getting pressure from upper management, perhaps from the C suite, that they need to drive leads.
