The Jury Acquitted McDonald of the Murder of Windy Bissette
The prosecution was able to convince the jury that the murders were committed in order to steal money belongings the vehicle and run off to california so both are found guilty but they each were facing different charges. Both receive different sentences for their roles in the murder of michael bissette, austin and windy bissette. i think it's also it's this idea that if there's other factors that are to blame that this individual wouldn't be like that and that he can be rehabilitated and live a productive life into society later on.
