How to Avoid Technical Debt Sinking You Into the Quick Sand

We need better tooling to help us avoid that quick sand. That's why, I mean, there's systems that are still running cobalt because they would just be so much legacy out there and huge technical debt. How do we avoid technical debt sinking us into the the quick sand? So how do we avoid that? And I think it's we we got to have better tooled to help us stay at the head of the tree of these things.
