How Do I Purchase Loans Directly From Banks?

There is somewhat of a conflict of interest for me to purchase loans directly from my portfolio management clients. So the loans that i purchase are either from buyers who have bought loans from my clients non performing and then resolve them, and then they have a reperforming loan. I think colt calling is probably the worst use of your time if you're trying to find a bank to sell loans. But by putting out content that makes sense for them,.
