The Importance of Making Mistakes in Your Career
I think mistakes are so important for the learning process. If i go back and think about any of the best learnings that i've had, you don't if the stakes are high. Owning up to it allows the people that look up to you to see, ah, this is a safe environment. And i'm not the only one that makes mistakes. It happens to other people. Are the people i look up to as well. Bat he creates that safe space and allows people to right learn from their mistakes. I wouldn't recommend just going around making a mistakes on puros,. but, tu take some risks is probably the direction the advice goes.
