The Impact of Culture on Trust in an Organization
Building product skills is not something we have to be classically trained at. So the best advice that I have people trying to build these skills is just to engage in places where problems exist. One of the things you can also improve as a product is being your own networks. Go to the product and type in the abstract, find your own product networks in your local community,. Start meeting those people and start speaking to those people. And then by the virtue of doing that, your network will grow exponentially and then more and more opportunities will come, come your ways.
