I think that young men tend to be valuable and young men, if they are given some sort of incentive, like money at the end of it, can be even more valuable. But the problem is, I think that it's a, that there can be these perverse incentives that you don't really, you want to please,. You want to be a part of a crowd,you want to be liked. And so I started feeling, I started feeling having much more mixed feelings about it.
Society cannot be designed in a top-down way. Central planning was a historic blunder that harmed India -- even though it was conceived by great men with good intentions.
