Any form of consideration of a cast or community or religion into questions about employment, education is expressly taboo. And this is something that the narrow government doesn't completely agree with. The director principles of state policy are a kind of a hog pogfer of all sorts of things,. including some concern education and backward class welfare. But equally, there are others which can concern animal husbandry and the protection of cows.
