The False Flag Attack
The event itself does not have to be fake. It doesn't even have to be orchestrated. The media coverage of these events in and of itself can be a false flag. So you can have the reaction to something be planned, but the action itself is just waiting for a trigger point. That's exactly what I mean when Alex Jones would come on TV years ago and warn about false flags and oftentimes, oftentimes they would come true.
