I grew up in an olympic training center. I love to train. But i to get ready to teach a a block that i'm getting ready to go into, i'l prepare my body for it just like an athlete. And at 58 years old, i want that you still can be competent in movement. You just have to get out and move. That was the whole reason why i posted this video because i's so tired of seeing the guys like squat tober, or dead cimber, or just power cleaning every day,. The max bench effort is not part of developing an athlete. Being out on the field is much, a, much larger part.
