I think there's a lot to be said for a economic convergence as a stabilizing factor in the world. I guess we're a little bit prepared, but we're not prepared for any of the consequences. And i think this is where the realist camp, or your calle pragmatic or realist, the national security establishment, the policy establishment, really doesn't get the economic vulnerabilities.
