Domestic Violence - Should We Arrest Them?
Police officers turn up at domestic ofuce incidents and push back decisions to the victim. Less than three out of ten domestic abuse incidents, there is actually an arrest. And o one point six million domestic abuse recorded crimes against women. Three quarters of those are discontinued really early on the ground that police isn't going to take any further action.
