Do You See a Lot of Second Amendment Claims?
When the second amendment was ratified in 17 91, it didn't apply to the states. So when you're looking at state laws, you have this kind of fuzzy gray area in between. The case leaves lot of it's a pretty narrow rulelying reallyit basily says, new york's new York system was very, very restrictive,. But it doesn't really tell us much about what sort of other restrictions are. And our not permissible doesn't necessarily draw those lines.
