The supreme court heard oral arguments in the west ginia versus e p a case. The case started as an argument about the clean power plan that was, in fact, never implemented. We're going to get into that and what happened in this case, and what could happen, what it all means. And of course, i got up early to stream the oral arguments and tape them too.
