Introduction

Nigeria Airways Flight 2120, a charter DC-8 operated by nation air, is preparing to take off from King Abdullah Zee's airport in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Shortly after takeoff while climbing through 2,000 feet, the pilots report the plane is failing to pressurize properly.
