The patient has subcue progress ive biventricular carding miopathy now essentially presenting in cardogenic shok. She's got my cardi level damage on both sides of her heart, as well as plumatorial hypertension. A bone marrow viapse was then performed that showed 20 % plasma cells that were lamda restricted. The formal wreath sad that it could represent a l ameloid or early t t r ameloid grant. This is extremely interesting in terms of what could be going on with this patient,. It will all tie into what the best management approach will be.
