How to Prepare for Ilts?

i study the structure of academic writing. That is my first idea, to prepare for ils before the t treecrees. And after that, i just, ok, i need to build up vocabulary and then yet, after i see the limited time i have, especially with the writing, i just realize my academy writing that i learn from my tutor is not going to help me.
