Is There a Consistent Reality?

I agree that it makes sense to think of reality as external. What I am trying to say is that there's a limit to that and it doesn't go all the way down. If you like really want to make sense of consciousness, we have all of these paradoxes around what happens if we transfer you into a different body? We need another category of understanding or handling this frame in order to have Like a holistic sense of everything.
