There's this assumption that we have the data because people are already reaching out, and we can use it to figure out how to help them. But i think the reverse was often true, is that we had to have direct human conversations to get people to be willing to use this service. Criss textline was trying to say that they were able to provide resources and an understanding of community across the country.
