Privacy is one of the most dynamic areas of the law right now. Privacy was already sort of an established legal right, as a mental right, within the e u. Legal infa structure. When you turn to the united states, we don't see that same strong foundation for privacy in the united states. I think there's a lot of operational challenges to privacy that were seen under the g d p r. But i do think sitting back and understanding, what do we mean by privacy, viz corporation, how do we want to establish this between individuals? Is really a key conversation that we need to see our policy horders have.
