Hotel and Airline Models - What Do You Think?

The airline model, right exacto, pay for the bag, you pay for the advance check in. You pay for the food on the plane. Everybody at the front of the plane is essentially subsidizing the entire flight. In a hotel, everybody shares in the costs of all the services associated with the hotel. The organizations that rise to the top are going to be the ones who have a gracious response when challenges arise.
