I'm generally sceptical of creationism when it comes to government. I think that top down solutions lack both the information and incentives that would be needed to plan things well. So cities, by and large, should be unplanned. The emergent things where we find ways to be able to serve each other better will act much better if they're decentralized. industrial structure is the idea that we can pick winners and losers, some firms and some industries.
